IMO this game is most enjoyed using real Player %. That is where the bar when you shoot the ball is irrelevant. We're all probably using teams we're not used to. And with a short season, we probably won't get used to each guy's shooting bar until the season is about over. Using real Player % just puts more emphasis on running plays and getting open shots for the right guys.

Just my take..

What are the settings when you play an online game against friends?
Cause I played 3 last night and all were enjoyable.

Default setting is User Timing.

So are you suggesting that we change it from User Timing to use Real Player %?

My issue with that is that a guy like Westbrook, LeBron, Curry, etc. are going to be even that much harder to stop.
Personally, I am not a fan of that, but I will do whatever everyone else wants.

For guys like Westbrook and Lebron, they'll dominate in the paint, which isn't affected by the shot meter.

I just feel unless every guy has been playing religiously, it could be frustrating to continue to miss open shots since we're not used to each players shot meter.


I've played with real Player % in my offline franchise for 3-4 years now, it's much better imo.

But again, I know I'll probably be in the minority on this one.

Not sure it's worth starting, there's no interest and I think not much of a chance guys will be interested for 29 games, or even less than that.

If you are in the league, you can start playing games.

Not like it cost us anything to try.
And if only 4 of 7 of us play out the season, so be it.

Ok. My first game is vs OKC. When do you want to play? Tonight is no good for me, but anytime Fri-Sun I can make it work

I will be around just about every night, after 8 PM eastern time.
Once my son goes to bed, my wife and I put a tv show on and I usually play a few games of something while we watch tv.
