Everybody gets a blue rating!!!!

except RPs. we have 1 reliever by my scouts ratings whose overall is blue. hell, only 2 pot that are blue.

Also, keep in mind you can now hire an assistant GM.

You can assign them tasks to handle that you do not want to or if you go on vacation they will run the team or so it says. It is an open position within your coaches.

Also, dear to my heart is the coaching changes. Completely revamped with tendencies and attributes like players. So now they do seem to matter more but we shall see I guess?

Can anyone else see the manual award voting option through the path I posted above?

Curious to see if I can only see it right now or if it has officially opened.

I noticed the awards weren't showing up in my game so I'm curious to know if this is happening to anyone else.

Manual award would seem to suggest that the commish manually enters the award. Maybe it's somewhere else?

Very good point and would suck if true as I would think the draft and other "manual" things only means for the commish.

Where do you have said file?
Do you have a folder in Documents named Out of the Park Developments with OOTP 17 and Saved Games folders inside?

File is extracted to the correct path yes.

im not 100% sure i googled it and a league forum came up with the problem and they said needs updating. makes sense with steam or some crap iunno

My budget continues to be slashed, but yes I'm still over $100 mil, can't remember the exact amount.
