Pick 12 in the 12-18 pool system... with only my division left... karma!

- Change of scenery
- Gives some teams that were in a really tough spot a chance to better their situation
- Gives others that have been questioned for their ability a chance to prove it
- Maybe creates some new rivalries; while letting some people hold on to their old ones.

The last big realignment definitely helped to form some great rivalries. While some of the other hopeful rivalries didn't really take off. This is a good chance to likely keep some of the old ones, while generating a few new ones.
