My GF and I still have Saturday wide open. What do any of you guys suggest. I think we are going to hike in the AM at this place called Garden of the Gods, but other than that, I got nothing.

How is Brewers Republic? Gets awesome reviews on Yelp.

Here are some ideas:
Go up Pike's Peak, take the train to the top.
The Broadmoore - Can eat lunch there and check out the golf course.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is interesting. A Zoo on the side of a mountain.
Manitou Incline.
Go over to US AirForce Academy base and check out the church.
Drive North 1 hour up to Red Rock's Ampitheatre. A very interesting "natural" ampitheatre.
You can take a 2 1/2 hour ride North and to go through Rocky Mountain National Park.
You can take a 1 hour ride South West to the Royal Gorge. A mini Grand Canyon.

Cool spot for some good beers. nice funky atmosphere that I think you would appreciate. non-judgemental hipsterish - if that's a thing. Like Trendon on a good day.

There are some need breweries downtown and just outside of downtown as well. Im sure George can be more help as I was only there a short time.

Jack Quinn's is a great Irish Bar with good food.
Pikes Peak brewing, Great Storm Brewing, Rock Bottom Brewery, Trinity Brewing, Triple S Brewing and Phantom Canyon Brewing for some handcrafted beers.
Jose Muldoon's is cool.
Nosh is a cool place.
Uncle Buck's Fishbowl and Grill is cool.
Rasta Pasta is a unique Jamaican/Italian place.

Ate at a local diner for breakfast this morning called King Chefs Diner. Easily the best Diner style breakfast meal I've ever had and it only sat twelve people in the entire place.

If you want to drive an hour north from there you would get to some of the better breweries. New Belgium, Odell's, funkworkx, etc are all in fT Collins.

One of my fave restaurant/ bars is Earls. It's a chain but only in select markets. Earlsdowntowndenver.com. Great dinner/date atmosphere, great food, and usually really good service every time I've been.

I would definitely go to Fort Collins over Denver. If you do make it up there stop at /whiskeys, an Irish bar that serves amazing whiskey drinks.
