me too! I'm sweating like a pig over hear. 2 blow up characters and Griswalding out the lights outside....
just took a shower ......didn't take....I'm still sweating
Pretty disappointed in my set up this year.
Bigger house meaning the old strands couldnt withstand the multiple links so had to buy some of those new fangled ones that could strand like 30 sets together.
So the house lights are ultra bright LED and the ones in the bushes and shit are the old school, incandescent yellowy ones.
Hope to get on your level with some of those inflatables after christmas sale buying.

Best part about having a tiny house: we can throw up a tree, put presents under it, and hang a wreath and the entire place is practically decorated

Its funny, talking to people they think we're just rolling in it. As of right now, 50% of our NET pay goes towards student loans, and another 35-40% goes towards our other financial obligations. Living the dream on a $50/week allowance!

I put up outdoor lights on the house for the first time ever this year. The kids love it and it made me feel pretty good. I think it's another one of the those "severing old ties" kind of things.

Even better, questionable-but-free food from the hospital cafeteria!

Real trees suck. Needles everywhere. Sap. I did that one year and will never do it again.

Yeah for me it was more a convenience issue. I'm not driving my ass out in the cold to cut one down and haul back, only to give myself the chore of cleaning needles like peay said. That being said, got my fake one of couple years ago in a post-Christmas clearance sale for $20! Wasn't even looking for one, but how do youpass that up?!
