Not really. A lot of facts are in, man. Combine that with the fact that this voicemail was from April and here is my final hypothesis (my initial one, if you recall, was that Incognito, Martin, and the other teammates all shared equal responsibility for this): Martin did not want to play football anymore and quit the team but his parents were the driving force behind this lawyering-up."

That's my final answer.
There's still not nearly enough facts in to draw any conclusion you could be completely sure of.
Well, let's see how my prediction plays out.
That's fine, but saying everyone owes Incognito an apology at this time is really no different than saying Incognito is so terrible and should never play in the NFL again.

Martin wins no money and never plays again and Incognito suspended four games, retroactive if necessary. Ted Wells' report shows that Incognito was very insensitive towards Martin but no different than he was with any other player and, in fact, was instructed (along with other teammates) to "toughen up" Martin. Philbin is out if the Dolphins don't win ten games.

How he talked to the player is only an issue to the media.

The financial stuff, though? Yeah, he's gonna pay for that, as will the other "vets". The NFLPA and the NFL will have to take action, it's borderline extortion.
Which part? The stuff with the Vegas trip is being disputed sso that is up in the air.

I heard the word bully, twice

You discussed him terrorizing later when I said I hadn't heard the story yet.

And Shel, the dinners and things like that....if they were being forced to do that. Plus, of course they're gonna "dispute" the Vegas thing, because that's criminal.

I canalso say oof course the media will sensationalize the money stuff tthat's what that's what media does.

By most accounts iit seems like the media jumped the gun on the Vegas story.

i pretty much agree with ya on this, i posted this in other thread.

so far it seems like everyday martin looks worse and worse. i think hes a really smart dude with smart parents and realized he wasnt going to work out in the nfl (the jokes, the losing his LT job, etc). Maybe he wanted a payday via lawsuit, a way to get out while getting sympathy and not shit on, or just wanted to get payback on Dolphins/Incognito. I dont know but i'm interested in how this all plays out. From the player interviews it seems like it has lit a fire under the Dolphins and might bring out the best in the team. edit: people were saying on another site that the dolphins o-line had their best game last thurs (without martin and incognito cause he got hurt) and they all seem to have rallied together behind incognito so i think they come out trying to prove something to everyone

I used to be a huge fan of SwiftKey, but lately I'm wavering.

Way too many weird things with jumbled words happening all too often.

Fun thing to do. Change any well-known establishment to a location. Examples: Donut World instead of Dunkin Donuts, Burger Heights instead of whatever fast food joint, etc.

For whatever fucking reason, people think it is hysterical.

I love how support from other unintelligent meat heads in the locker room is a sign of his innocence
