Is he an injury concern or was that a freak incident? I'm scared cause Toronto doesnt have natural grass so diving at SS is like diving on concrete
if you've paid attention to baseball you'd know that he's always injured, not sure there are that many freak incidents in life.
Batting titlesque if he sits out the last game of the season, gold glove D for 80 games and his speed is diminishing as he ages. Hope this year works cuz the Jays took a lot of risks
SS are so weak, but i'd take Tulo and Andrus in front of him. Maybe Asdrubal too

MLB Prospect Rankings for 2013 came out today.
Mets with 2 in the top 10 (d'Arnaud at 6 and Wheeler at 8) and Syndergaard (the other prospect that came to the Mets in the Dickey trade) jumped to 29th overall. Still projects to be two years from any big league appearance.
No other team with two prospects in the top 10.

Why wait in line for single game tickets when they'll be thousands available if you just show up to the stadium right before the game starts?

MLB Network will be debuting a new program, “The Next Knuckler” on Feb. 13. The premise of the show is to have former Boston Red Sox pitcher Tim Wakefield teach a bunch of former college and NFL quarterbacks how to throw a knuckleball. The quarterback who shows the most promise as a pitcher will get an invitation from the Arizona Diamondbacks to try out for the team at spring training this season, according to Craig Calcaterra of NBC Sports.
The quarterbacks who will compete for the invitation are John David Booty; his brother, Josh Booty; Doug Flutie; David Greene and Ryan Perrilloux.

Pretty excited for this season to get started.
I have 2 fantasy teams. That's a first for me.
Sox will suck this year but they have a fresh new roster to check out. Jackie Bradley will be fun to watch.
Kind of like this new idea that an interleague series is always going on.
The show has fired me up for some baseball more than normal.
And I missed old man napping on Saturday afternoons to sounds of joe buck and McCarver on Fox in the background.
Play ball!

Dodgers double their payroll. How long has it been since the Yankees haven't had the highest Opening Day payroll?
