No she had been fine until yesterday, No signs of anything. She went to her parents yesterday morning, Started as a headache, then vomiting, Then the said she didn't know who anyone was, followed by the seizure. Prolly the worst thing I have went through, Have not sleep at all, and now off to work.

thanks to everyone, Hope everyone has a great Christmas, I know mine to just a little worse, But I'll get through it.

Also baby's name is Georgia Ann Marie. I have some pic's, Will try and get a couple up when I have some time. Again thanks to everyone.

If its any consolation or can at least help put your mind at ease, its actually pretty common, Ive read up to 10% of pregnancies (doesnt really make it any less scary for those involved, but know its not some crazy thing that never happens). While there are certainly serious loing term risks, its something every doc is well versed in and is prepared to handle, Im confident theyll do a great job taking care of your family. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

It doesnt always progress incidiously, sometimes the hypertension/protein spilling into urine/neuro syptoms/seizures can all come on pretty quickly. Its very possible all of this happened between visits, especially as early in the pregnancy as she was when she is seeing a doc only every 2-4 weeks or so

Just talked to Ryan on phone. He, as you can all imagine has a lot on his plate. he thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers. he was on his way to see the mother of his little girl in Battle Creek. then he was going to Kalamazoo to be with the baby girl(she's in children's hospital in Kalamazoo) . he is very tired and hasn't slept much in last 48 hours. Ryan has become very good friend to me. Since i joined the ootp i have talked to Ryan everyday. i have come to know him and i'm proud to be his friend. he's a hard working man and my heart goes out to him for his little baby girl and his lady. his whole family is in my thoughts and prayers! i'll try and help keep all of you updated when he calls. i told him i will come running if he needs me and that he better ask, if he needs anything. beefy!!!

hey thab33t, It's not the same situation but I witnessed my wife go through the same thing when are twins were born. I am no expert but if you have any questions about anything PM me and I will get back with you. I remember the doctors trying to explain everything to me and all I was thinking was what is going on with my wife and twin boys.

Yea I hear yea there steel. They have said a bunch of stuff, but I'm so sleep deprived atm it all really makes no sense. Baby is doing better, which is good news. Mom on the other hand is still in bad shape, Its all alot to comprehend and handle at this point.

But appreciate everybody's thoughts and help.

Lol, I had no say in the name, personally I really didn't like it. But she said I had no say, so that's that.

Thanks man, I mean at this point im happy they both are alive and that she was at her parents when the seizure and stuff went down or else it would have been over 8 hrs before I would have been home and then who knows what happens.

But there was some issues today with both mom and the baby, But baby seems to have recovered from them, Mom on the other hand is still battling major blood pressure issues, swollen body over 3x the normal size. So there is still some major issues, That is making the whole Christmas thing a bad situation, All family plans have been cancelled and Christmas is on hold for us until things get better.

its been a crazy last few days, And im still in shock and still have et to sleep, but fading fast as we speak. Another long day tomorrow as I work Noon -9 pm and then back to hospitals. Mom will be with her mom and dad in one, As I am heading to other to spend Xmas eve, Xmas and day after with Georgia.

Again thanks everyone for the thoughts, And hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas.

Hang in there Thab33t, I know it must be hard, but things will get better. My niece was born 8weeks early and weighed less than 4 lbs. When I first saw her, I really didnt think she would make it. But man the doctors are so good at what they do, they were on top of everything. Long story short, my niece just had her first birthday and she is a happy healthy baby. My thoughts are with all three of you guys.
