its be a pro. you create aplayer (yourself) and you can play in online or offline modes, and they get better. you start at like 55 overall and work your way up. My dman is a 72, my C (which ive finally learned how to take faceoffs) is a 69. God damn its fun.

You can actually do "Drop in a game" which means you just play with a bunch of random people. I did this last night and it was fine. The only dumb thing was a guy tried to score in our own goal when I was the goalie. But he got booted or quit soon after.

Is there a way to see who is online from the club in the menu's?

How you guys liking this? I loved the team play a couple of years ago. I played with a group out of Columbus. It was a blast. I always felt bad for the user goalies. If they did bad they would take a beating on the mic.

It's a blast actually Buckeye, I play and have played a lot of games in the past, and this is my favorite online sports game, just the intereraction wtih teamplay is such a blast, def if you have a mic and you are with a great group of guys.

Team play on this is a blast. Its a very close second to FIFA for me. I don't really know what I'm doing must of the time. I just try to pass to the wingers and center and get off a wicked slapper when I can. I love knocking the bejeezus out of guys too. I had several pancake checks last night. I've leveled up the strength and body checking on my 6'9" African defenseman quite a bit too so he's become quite a physical force. I've even managed to score a couple goals with him.

When do guys usaully play? Anyone going to play today between games or anything?

I might play today during the sometimes boring early games if a group of people get together to play.

We definitely need the Canadians to come in and win us some games. When Liq and I started playing we started out winning about three of four to bump our club to pro status. Then, it all went down hill...last I saw we were 24-25-something and back to amateur status.

I didn't see any other NHL thread, so I'm posting here.

Just got NHL 13 and I'm loving it. Just wondering what level everything is playing on. I haven't played an NHL game in years and am struggling with scoring. I moved the level down to Rookie and win every game 2-0 or so, I never let up a goal. I have since moved it back up to Pro level and I am probably losing a bit more than I am winning, but the score are always 2-1 and I was hoping for a bit more scoring. I'm only playing 5 minute periods, is the the problem?

Anyway, if anyone sees my online, Downing11, hit me up for a game.
