Ok, invites have been sent out. We have 8 signed up. If you need a password, it's the same as the NDL lobby room. I don't think you will though.

We have room for up to 12. So if anyone else wants to sign up, just drop a line in this thread. The goal is to sim to week 1 tomorrow night, assuming everyone is in. I don't want to shaft anyone on doing their preseason stuff if I can avoid it. I'm heading out for the night, but I'll be on AIM basically all day tomorrow, except for 1 short 2hr period.

Anyone else having trouble connecting to the EA servers this morning? I jump on to accept the invite and do my pre season stuff, but it isn't connecting.

Awesome... didn't realize you could find the the OD and join with the password. We have 6 in now... looks like Matt will be in on Monday, so we'll start when I get home from work/school Monday night. Our normal sim schedule will be Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun. Like I mentioned, this first week/weekend will be a little crazy, but I'll make sure everyone is ok. Once we get through it, we'll be on cruise control.

Also, I am going to remove FCS schools from schedules and beef up your competition just a bit. I'm not requiring user games, if they happen due to conference or whatever, so be it. If you want to mutually have one scheduled, just post it. Like I think USC v ND is a rivalry, so we'll have one.

Tried to AIM... not fixed. But don't care. Since you've got PSU, you've got a pretty crappy coach already and it's not going to make that much of a difference. I think you're starting @ C-, everyone else @ D-. Minimal advantage at best.

I've advanced to week 1. As I mentioned at the starter, this thing is going to be totally hit/miss for the first weekend due to baby. Afterwards, it's Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun, after 10p eastern. A lot of nights it will be like tonight, where I run the sim at midnight or so... but just be sure you're in by 10p and you're good.

As for the next advance... we're going to go with Wednesday night. No one has a game this week, all you have to do is recruit. You can do it in the game or online. As for this weekend, expect a sim on Friday night and Sunday night. If I can do a Saturday night sim as well, I'll post it. My plan is to advance us on Wed night, play my game and then advance us Friday (remotely from the hospital), then advance Sunday. I'll keep you posted on all of that.
