so in real life a team has 2 guys back and one sees the kick is going to the other, are you saying the guy not getting the ball will hold his lane and not go over and block for the recieving guy? :|

i dont know where i stand on the issue, but your statement isnt 100 accurate is all

Okay it doesn't happen in real life???? Well lots of special teams do onside kicks when they see the front line moving back before the ball is kick.

If you don't like how he is doing it. Aim the ball where the guy is moving early kick it high and no one will pick it up because the guy who leaves early was suppose to get it. Then you can go for the scramble of the ball.

I wasn't refering to someone controlling the returner who doesn't get the ball, how the hell can that be done anyways? I am talking about one of the front blockers being pulled back in a big ass swooping motion during the kick, to the opposite side of where they'd actually be assigned in real life. I have no idea about the non-ball handling returner issue. That guys is obviously going to block whomever. Not sure how that is even an issue anyways, a user can't control two guys at the same time.

You've lost me with the onside kick. I dunno what that has to do with anything.

And your solution doesn't work. Regardless of where someone kicks, guys will select a blocker to the opposite side quickly and pull them across. I guess one could kick out of bounds all fucking game, but thats just flinging shit at shit IMO.

If you are doing this online, no one can see where you are aiming the ball.

You said that people don't move early in kickoffs and I said teams will pick up on this and onside kick it to try to get the ball back.

how bout guys who run punts out of the endzone? I said punts. I have had this happen in league games and Is just crap.just ruins the whole game .
in regards to kickoffs. go ahead and move the last row of blockers. if I see it once, I will kick it that way the second time. on punts , don't start moving guys downfield before the kick. that's crap.

yeah cause most punt returners take a punt at the 3 or 2yd line.

sometimes you don't realize your guy is under it and fair catch it too late/can't move the guy out in time because if you do it late you're risking a muff.

...i will say on kickoffs that whoever is getting the ball i get to the other guy and set up a wedge. I only do that after i see where the ball's going, though.

the best question would be to ask yourself is it giving me an unfair advantage?
I've been doing that since the 05 version. I will continue to do it. Not only that, if you are quick, you can get the upback in position and then switch to the deep returner not about to field the ball and speed burst him in front of your returner, too.

In fact, I am going to figure out how to do that and run play-action out of it. I might even run a FAKE play-action on the kick return ... with the QB.

Amazing. I would DIE to play someone who does crafty shit like this. All I've gotten for two seasons now is guys who throw drags and crosses all game.

I can't stand when the guy gets the ball and returns it for a touchdown.... I F'N HATE THAT... The purpose of the kick is to push them back, not for them to score. Can we in act a rule to the fact that if you do block you can only run 20 yards from the spot of the block>?????

H-o-l-y c-r-a-p.

Over/under on how long before someone asks that NDL become a "coaching" league and we just pick the plays, snap the ball and the let the computer control all the players.

"Waaaahhhhh. It isn't fair that the guy I'm playing used the spin move three times against me because you only see like 1 spin move a game in real life."

Half this league needs a mega pack of tampons in their stockings this christmas to plug up their wailing vaginas.
