Need some guidance on creating a team. I saw that prestige needs to be a 3 or less. What are we doing with the program sliders and the roster template?

- All teams must use the "Average Joes" roster template for NCAA 12
- 3-star prestige or less
- No editing of player attributes whatsoever, this includes height, weight, class, and of course ratings.
- You can, however, edit names, appearances, equipment and jersey numbers
- When creating your school and assigning letter grades to different attributes, you should use only one of each grade, then also assign a second D, D+ and C to the categories.
