My lag issues have been fixed for moths. My family went wireless and it sucked ass in NDL:H season 1....went back to direct connect Cable season 2, have had 0 issues.

The league is much more than a football game, we all know that, but when you do play you want your experience to be a good one win or lose and LAG just sucks.

I know some guys play online here with the $100 a month service to get 1.5 mbps DL speed and a static IP, I heard that works. I am thinking of just biting the bullet and doing that. It'd be worth it to stay in the league.

I hate playing with lag, especially on NCAA. There is nothing more frustrating on that game than having a negative play occur because the connection lagged at a key moment.

That sounds par for the course out here in SoCal. I believe mine is $140ish (though I do have HBO and the expanded HD movie package... would probably still be $115 without those two).

Wow that's crazy. Is that with phone? I have cable/internet with the HBO package and pay just a little over $100. That's withouth a phone however. Bundle that in and it would go up to like $140 I think.

I think it breaks down to $39.99 for internet (I don't know their classification for the speed but I can get up to 3 MBps download onilne and about 600 KBps upload), $70 for the cable package (with HD and two boxes), and then another $20 ish for the HBO and HD movie package (I have about 40 HD movie channels). Included in the $70 for the cable package is about $8-$10 in taxes and fees I think.

It is, however, the best service I've ever had. It never goes out, and the quality is outstanding. VerizonFiOS.

Ah that probably explains it then. I have heard really good things about them. I currently have Comcast and they are a pain in the ass to deal with most of the times. Cable is 59.99 I think and Internet is pretty good and only 19.99 but their customer service is absolutely miserable. I'm actually thinking about switcing over to UVerse when my contract runs out in September.
