UCONN is gonna run like 40 trick plays, thats OU's weakness.

UConn's idea of a trick play is the forward pass.

OU's O coordinator got the Indiana job will he be coaching the Sooners in the game? If not I will take UCONN at +18 all day long, that can have a huge impact on a team.
You know the more we bitch about wanting a playoff and bowls suck one thing we never get to mention is this......how in the hell does anyone justify taking 40 fucking days off before the national title game?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?

I have seen a 78 before in a hawaii/nevada game years ago, but in a championship game.wow
My numbers (not saying they're good or anything)
VT +5.5/53.5
Arkansas -3.5/57.5
TCU +2.5/50.5
Oregon +4/66
...man that o/u is so high and should probably go higher until gametime when I will go under. Oregon's going to really struggle with the Auburn DL's penetration

This is my main reason for picking Oregon to score "only" 24 points.
I think it's going underlooked big time as everyone is clamoring about Auburn having no D, but they can do well against the run.

When you have 30+ days to prepare for Oregon it really helps. I think Oregon is the overall better team but will lose in a close game until the 4th, when Cam will carry auburn to the title by 15.

Nah I am not. I just was really trying to piss you off on purpose the other day and could tell I was so just kept messing with you.
I really think that getting a ton of time to plan for Oregon is a huge advantage. Look at Ohio St in the Rose Bowl last season. The one X Factor is LaMichael James. He is prob the most explosive (by far in my thoughts) running back Auburn has seen all season. I think they need to use James in the run game as well as the passing game to turn the heat up.
Overall though, Oregons defense against offenses that can pass the ball (USC, Stanford, Arizona) have been known to score quick against Oregon. I feel like the most under rated thing about Newtons game is his pass efficiency and just as a passing threat period. This may be biased against Young cause I do not like him but I think Cam Newton is a better player than V Young ever was. Thats why I think he will keep his team in it, then win going away in the 4th quarter. God I hope I am wrong.

Oh i really don't think it was that close, it was over the span of a few days, I could just tell you were getting irritated so I knew what to say to get you to blow up, and you did have a minor one.

I'd be surprised if anyone would take Cam Newton over VY in college, but the Auburn offense is like a snowball.
We saw it with USC who needed a missed FG to give them a chance to cut it to 7 before half to even have a chance at tying the game with the first drive of the 2H. Of course they gave up the Hail Mary TD and it left them hopeless and they got blown the F out because of that. I just don't know how you can beat Auburn if they get a lead because it's too hard to stop them on defense. If Oregon can't get stops then they can't possibly keep up with the Tigers offense because the SEC athletes will eat up the Ducks with the million extra days to prepare.

I will say auburn outside of Cam better be in shape on D, the Ducks run one play every like 15.5 seconds. They wear teams down and have outscored opponents 115-21 this season in the 4th quarter. Thats a crazy number.
But I have watched Newton a ton and hes a one man show which can get it done in college.
And sorry VVV I would take Cam over VY. Cam has seen better defenses than VY ever did.
