I want to know what book this kid was reading. I have a 7 year old boy and he can't read much more than Dr. Suess and shit like that. It soulds like this kid was sitting there reading Steven King or something. Maybe he is almost 8, my kid just turned 7, 2 months ago.

Also, I'm from northern ohio and the map is dead on. Live in NC now and havn't heard anything but soda in all counties I've been in. But people here are a bit slow, so its possible they couldn't understand the surveyer when they called.

Harry Potter.

Like I said, the bastard is smart and outgoing enough. He was just boring as shit. He made himself at home and was pleasant. But he didn't want to do anything. The chick said he is always like that. I was just pissed.

Speaking of gay, Jeff, next month, I am am covering for a friend behind the bar ... at his "alternative" bar. I hope they let me keep my shirt on this time. Anyway, come by and visit, I'll get you in without a cover.

Well, that kid is different and was probably not comfortable with a stranger, as you said you never saw him before correct? I am even surprised he left with you. Kids can be outgoing and quiet, not wanting to interact with strangers. As my boy, 4 years old, does not say a word to anyone, unless he is comfortable with them, as I keep preaching to him not to take anything from strangers or talk to them. I do not trust anyone around my boy due to reading and seeing cases through my job.

And I have never heard anyone call soda/Coke........"A POP" That must be a Midwestern thing! SODA!

"Sure."
"Cool. I've got sprite, coke, dr. pepper, etc."

pop? that's my dad.
soda? that's the arm and hammer stuff.

while we're at it, do you call it? hand trucks or a dolly?

Pretty much the same here, but it's also "pop" or "soda pop".

All of the soda people over here in the Northeast just gave your state a lot of money to build cars; it is soda for the next ten years as part of the agreement.
+1
