I feel your pain i can't get my team at all when they are open to take i am not high enough and when i do get a high pick they are never in the draft.

Shit, when you are picking at 62 you aren't "trying to get into" anything. You are taking the scraps that are left and happy with anything you get.

Just start using this philosophy:

Attaining Win Goal=Choices
Not Attaining Win Goal=Consequences
