I'm still trying to figure out how my lineup of 7 players rated 71 or better finished 12th in runs scored.

The 3-12 in 1 run games from September on didn't help. I got just about all of my -6 pythag the last month or so of the season.

Things set up nicely for Richmond. I was able to take the division and get a bye with my young team and I avoid NE who has owned me in the 2nd round. Hoping to get to the ALCS and take my beating and sweep from Boston. Good luck to everyone in the playoffs

i haven't really kept up with your team much of the season, but i can remember us talking about how good your offense was going to be preseason. Time to fire that hitting coach

Yes, it is true. Once you assembled your pitching staff, I knew your team was better than mine, but I thought it was just slightly better as I had the advantage in hitting, but that obviously didn't work out.

12th in runs scored. Such a waste too because my pitching started off very poorly but we finished 3rd in the AL in runs against, only 5 runs behind NE for the season. We wasted a good year of pitching.

For reference, NE scored exactly 100 more runs than me with these overall ratings(Yes, I know that it factors offense and defense, but you get the idea)

Marsh was the team's biggest disappointment with a -.5 WAR and 86 OPS+. Even with his horrible season, we should have had more than enough offense to be in the top half of the AL, just not sure what went wrong, other than injuries the final month, but we weren't exactly lighting the league up before that.

If I had to take an unintelligent, wild guess without looking deep into the roster....the strikeouts?

6 guys with 130 strikeouts or more. I assume thats pretty bad and rally killers. 4 guys that grounded into 15 DP or more.

Very heavy RH lineup. No speed. Only 30-30 vs LHP even with the heavy right handed lineup.
