Just thought it would be fun to do some follow ups.

so no team has won 2 championships on 17..... Will we get another new champ? or first 2 time champ on 17?

in 7 seasons on '17 right?

Trying to remember what Dub did and also Shel I believe when a guy on the 25 man and 40 man were suspended the 80 games for PED.

The MLB has a restricted list they can go to and it doesn't hold a spot on the 25/40. We do not.

In the case of McBeth he is now in limbo for Ry heading to the playoffs and unsure how to handle him. From the rules I found:

For most cases of suspensions due to in-game actions, the player on the restricted list continues to count against the 25-man and 40-man rosters. However, for PED/drug suspensions and suspensions due to contract actions, the player becomes exempt from the 25-man and 40-man rosters.

Pretty sure in OOTP, you're just kinda screwed and lose the spot on the 25 man, unless it's changed on '17.

This feels like the day before opening day. Anything is possible for the 12 teams

Paired down to 25 and exported.

Anyone want to help lead WF if they make it out of the first round? I'll be busy deploying some expensive space shit (on the ground) all evening/night in a bunny suit in a high-bay. And, yes, it's as fun as it sounds.

I'll send Corey some notes on rotation order but that's about it.

You put yourself in this position by winning too many games. Knock off 25-30 wins and be like the rest of us normal teams. Expectations in Boston are always too high

I am ok with that but when the time comes after 14 days it will only allow me to release him as he will refuse demotion for sure.

That'll be a problem.

Here is what we are going to do:

I am can place him on the DL for the length of his suspension and use the disabled list as our restricted list. It will require me giving him a fake injury if you will and put him out for a certain number of days.

It's the best we can do and if placed appropriately on the DL it will free up a spot on the 25 man for Ry.

Going forward I will do this for anyone else as well as there is no restricted list to move these guys to like there is in the MLB. Hoping '18 or into '19 they fix that.

Will this affect his injury history? Can you reset that or delete the injury after the time is up?

I don't think it will.

He is durable so we will see if it changes from "durable" to "normal" or something else.

Up to Ry to try it or leave him on the 25 man. I will let him decide.

Going with the fake injury?

Will you be there tonight as you will then need to call up someone to replace him on the 25 unless you know who already. I don't want to delay things in kicking off on time so I will jump on a little earlier and handle.

I'll be there early as well, yeah the fake injury is good, how about erectile dysfunction due to PED use?
