I think everyone appreciates how awesome of a Commish you have been and still are. You are as active and as good of an owner as we have and the main reason I am against you being Commish only. What Boston has become is the fault of many guys making poor trades and you capitalizing.

For the sake of the league we probably should talk about some solutions that may sound extreme but can level things out a bit this offseason but I think a restart and you not being the owner are two pretty poor options that as a group we can do much better than.

This is unexplainable..... I think even you would admit the team is not that good but you are definitely the hot team in the west while the rest have been wobbling the past two months. Way to put yourself right there in the heat of the playoff chase

I'll stick to my constant complaining of how good Boston is. How can we possibly fathom implementing something because Boston is too good?

We all make deals, we win some and we lose some....unless your Boston, who hasn't come close to losing a deal in the last 5 seasons.

No, I wouldn't admit that. We have a team full of high contact speedsters. The pitching has been just like I expected, up and down. We've capitalized when we had to, that's about it

I never said anythibg you just said isn't true. It's just coincidence that every commish is great. Hell we even have an example of a great commish team returning back to their mean (Dillonvale).

Niddler was a 90-100 win team as commish. Now that he isn't he's barely a .500 team.

For the record I dont think anyone cheats. I think running trades and seeing true ratings get caught in your head whether u wanna see them or not.

In all my years of playing this game and playing offline franchises(I don't do it much but do a little every version) I've never seen these real ratings.

If I'm not mistaken, Trendon is the only one I've ever recall talking about them.

1. It's an unsaid secret the amount of money guys put into scouting and then go a heavy % towards IFA. The reason I say this is because the Ted's of NDL seem to regularly find huge prospects.

2. You have to be a really shitty team to "find" the super prospect types. Just an observation of the weaker teams in the league

Yeah I have like 25% toward IFA and I just spend a little over the baseline for the amount in total scouting, so that might be why

Do commishes use the commish account to run teams? Every commish dominates the league. Kinda getting boring

I can't speak for the other commishes and I assume the same as they taught me.

I hope to say this only once and I also hope you and everyone else believe me.

1. I pull exports under the commish account
2. Process all trades
3. Do any roster movements or transactions owners ask me to do for their teams
4. Press upload and the sim goes.

That's all.

Once file is uploaded, all is well, I switch to my Boston owner I've had since I've been in the league and stay on that until the next time I need to run a sim.

I have offered to give up my team to run the league as commish only, I've been as transparent and active then maybe any other commish and I've built this over numerous seasons and not a quick fix.

Reign had to do this, Niddler as well but I hope I have showed how much I love doing this as a commish and this league that I am not doing anything else.

Not sure what else to say really but felt I had to get that out and trust me, Boston is stupid this year. Really really stupid and unsim like and very open to options. I have about 5 of my own I have been thinking about but I'm all ears...including a restart.
