What makes you believe this? Too much MSNBC and CNN? Republican appointed justices have had the majority before this and it was never overturned, so why now?

Everything he said during the confirmation is that there were 2 precedents during the last time it was challenged in the early 90's making it settled law.

I am so far past the allegations and all of that.

The way he starting spewing conspiracy theories and right wing comments from someone that is supposed to hold the most impartial seat in the land is my concern.

This was purely a political power play and a sad state of affairs for the Supreme Court.

Mohammad Bin Salman is an evil son of a bitch, and he knows he can do whatever he wants because if people can't get oil from the Saudis, it would cripple economies world-wide.

They violated the one inviolable rule, of committing a crime inside of an Embassy. Security and safety in an embassy is considered sacrosanct, and for MbS to violate that shows how little he thinks of what the rest of the world will do to the Saudis. The power grab he made last year went by with little rebuke from the rest of the world, and it simply enabled him further.

Given that we know how Trump views despots and dictators, so it's no surprise he "believes" MbS and the Saudis. It also isn't shocking given that his son in law has massive business deals with the crown prince, which is, you know....illegal, but whatever.

There is said to be video evidence of them cutting up the body for disposal.

This should be fun.

The man was smart and apparently had his Apple Watch on and syncing live to the cloud. He knew he was in danger, and that says a lot since (as I stated earlier) an embassy is supposed to be the one safe place no matter what. It's why Assange has continued to be safe.

The sad thing is, there could be a video, everyone unmasked....and it wouldn't even matter. The UN and governments worldwide would say "Shame on you! Don't do that again!", Trump would continue to deny it was real (Fake News! Witch Hunt!), and 99.9% of Americans would forget about it tomorrow when we find out who Arianna Grande has decided to start dating.

Me. I mean, her publicist hasn't refuted it yet, so I'm running with it.
