Angel Mota signs a 6 year deal worth 127 million with SF... I mean you can't make this stuff up
I was worried I wouldn't get that computer pick for him with his asking price.

It seems to take so much longer for prospects to develop in this version versus some past ones.

Guys aren't fully ready it seems until they are 25+ versus having younger dudes coming up at 21,22 like back in the day.

I'm about to bring up two 21 yr olds this year.

Still 20 points off from full potential but somewhat ready.
Godspeed.

For sure, I feel like I've ruined a few guys not bringing them up at this point and letting them toil in AAA. Game doesn't like that I think.

Agreed there.

Also doesn’t like the see saw, back and forth between minors and majors. Instant killer.

We're still not going to be very competitive, but at least the fans are happy and will be willing to pay good money to watch us lose!

That is one thing I firmly believe in. If you call a top prospect up never go up and down. Once they are on the Ml team they should stay

Ya agree, they almost become better if they struggle at first cause they learn to overcome it. Remember when David Munoz hit like 180 for a year and half and I almost traded him? Then he put up 7 WAR next season....nice game lol

Francisco Sanchez struggled hard too when he first came up.

I Yoyo prospects all the time. What kills a prospect is getting killed as a 21 year old in the pros.

I should learn how the rays run their pitching staff. I am prolly the closest to the rays in this league offensively with my lineup splits and I like to invest in relievers. Hmm. HMM.

I too like to invest in relievers. In a couple years I should have a pretty crazy pen as long as things work out. Seems like a waste with my rotation tbh though lol.
