What about the draft pick order set along the lines of what the NBA is kicking around?
Bottom 6 or 8 teams get flipped so there's no "tanking".

IMO, with the variance between scouts now, this is not even worth talking about.

Not to mention, it would require even more work by the commissioner as the game does it like real baseball.

How bout a salary minimum? Whether it's player or player+coach expenses, have a minimum a team must spend every year?
Not even saying I like the idea, but I'm thinking outside the box!!!

Thanks guys. Sorry. Just got out of work a little bit ago and my brother in law is still staying with us so he and I are sharing my car.
