I had to look it up to see what the hell it was. Being from the midwest we call soda, Pop. So I thought there was some weird north east or west coast Pop (soda) brand.

Yup, honestly not a ton to do about it unless it's really bad. Mine has been getting worse as I've aged, but fuck it, there are worse things

Lmao I’m telling a medical person something and I doubt it works and it’s a placebo effect BUT I heard good gut health can help you maintain it so if this is a reason to get on a better diet, so be it.
