our realtor spoke with his and she got the impression that his realtor is not happy at all.
Not happy with his/her client? You'd think the realtor would have checked up on that remodel before final walkthrough
You would have thought so. Oh well. Going to look at a house about 3 minute walk from my brothers. That may become a shitshow with us that close to each other

For real. Give me a nice wheat beer/shandy all day

Leinenkugel's lemon shandy is pretty great, but can't drink that all the time. Just hot summer days.
I'm biased since the Yuengling brewery was 40 minutes from college. It's a high nostalgia beer for me.

Summer shandy is the perfect late morning beer after a round of golf. Agreed though, time and place. Just like Im not out on a boat drinking porters

Any of you fuck with Soft Parade? From Shorts Brewery here in Michigan. Brewed with multiple berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry), and is 7.5%. Two of those before dinner on an empty stomach catches me just right

Up to 376 distinct beers on Untapped.
95% of them are fruity

No fruity, sour or wheat beers for me. The first two just suck and the last gives me raging headaches

There's a local craft beer store around the corner here that I just love. You can buy anything they sell either by the pack (usually 6 but sometimes 4) or singles. I buy so many singles just to try them out that it is like a new adventure each time I go in wonder what I'll find (their stock rotates pretty regularly since they're a pretty small store and they like to carry as many different things as they can).
Lately I'm primarily looking at Lagers and Pilsners. Occasional IPA but that grew old for me after years of it being "the thing" out here. The plus on all of this is a great majority of the beers are from all over LA county and California and there's a unique fun factor in finding you like a beer brewed at a brewery you didn't know existing that's 15 miles from where you live (because they continue to pop up everywhere out here).

Drinking Natty Light signals you're still hella young.

I came to get drunk and talk to birds, not count the hops in a bread flavored ipa

Beers you won't be buying for yourself when you're 40 - Natty Light.

Ehh, I still pop open a Coors light or Dos Equis to wind the night down or to drink 27 of them poolside starting earlier in the day.
Feels nice to finish with some water after 6 or 7 8% beers all night.

Coors light and Dos Equis are a level or two above Natty light lol.
