I found that fairly humorous as well. Sounds like Luiz will become the highest paid defender in the world. Not bad for playing CDM @ Chelsea.

He won't make more than his partner in defense, Thiago Silva, but the transfer fee will be higher.ReignOnU wrote:I found that fairly humorous as well. Sounds like Luiz will become the highest paid defender in the world. Not bad for playing CDM @ Chelsea.

I think they should sell Zlatan to City. Zlatan hasn't yet successfully Zlatan'ed England.ReignOnU wrote:Good point on Cavani... but you know I'm concerned about his position with the squad. I just don't see LVG moving RVP, so that means Cavani back on the wing.
Dayton plays right between my home and work (10min) either way. They play at a local high school, so the venue really isn't anything special. (I'm not sure how other USL teams are setup) The nice thing is, the school is right off of I75 and they've put a ton of signs and stuff up for exposure, which I'm sure is helping them out. (They've obviously put in some cash for upgrades) They are scheduled to play Orlando City on 6/22. I may have to head over and check them out. I haven't been to a Dutch Lions game, though I've met a handful of their players at a local gym and heard some crazy stories about them from some of my wife's friends.
I heard if anything Zlatan is going back to ItalySeeitsaveit13 wrote:I think they should sell Zlatan to City. That would make more sense. Italy already knows how to Zlatannick wrote:I heard if anything Zlatan is going back to ItalySeeitsaveit13 wrote:I think they should sell Zlatan to City. This is only part of it. Obviously something occured before this to cause Varane to kick the ball at Simione.Seeitsaveit13 wrote:I feel bad for Atletico. They played their asses off and just couldn't hold on. By the end of that thing everyone looked absolutely gassed. Good for Bale though.
What happened to piss Simione off?

He also just about connected when he kicked the ball at him from like 30 yards... with a powerful kick.jsence2 wrote:ReignOnU wrote:My money would be on Simeone.
We were talking at our watch party.... He ran out there lightning fast in loafers and a fitted suit, and was faster than most of the players and didn't break a sweat
He also looked like he was gonna reach into his jacket at any moment and produce a weapon. Looked like a crime lord. His decision to start Costa cost him the match, when Juanfran got hurt he had no subs left. Madrid attacked him w Di Maria after that.
Di Maria was by far the MOTM, he was phenomenal.
Not sure if this is a person or a country.Seeitsaveit13 wrote:but you'd expect that against Azerbaijan
