Quickly checked stats for something and noticed:
Brady has been sacked more than Brees while having about 25% less attempts than Drew. Interesting.

When I was talking on the phone to the car salesman, we got to the part where I describe the car I want. I said, "Well, I want an all wheel drive car and automatic transmission. Aside from that, I am not too picky right now. My goal is to be trading this car in soon and, if I don't feel like I am getting screwed by you, I'll drive it right back to you for an upgrade, so whatever works."
"Oh, cool. We have (rattles off some Suburus) and some great preowned cars. Blah blah blah blah Hyuan ---"
"I am not buying a fucking Hyundai."
"Why? Schpiel about the warranty."
"I don't care. I hate those hipster commercials and won't be giving them a dime."
He then tries to explain that technically I wouldn't be giving them a dime since the car has already been bought or some bullshit to trick me into listening to Vampire Weekend at Panera Bread but I was not having it!

colt mccoy was TERRIBLE all year yet somehow he kept getting the 'gutsy, smart, good potential' qb by the experts.
bingo, I was at the game today. I love seeing all the fans talk shit pregame, then first play of the game for the steelers Ben hits Wallace. Time for a new coach for the browns. Just horrible for them today.

If anyone cares, my pre-season thoughts actually make me feel good on what was a pretty bad season for me in NFL/NCAA
Season Win Totals (the number I would have made):
NE 10 Win
NYJ 12.5 Win
MIA 7.5 Win
BUF 6.5 Loss
BAL 9 Loss
PIT 8 Loss
CIN 9 Loss
CLE 4.5 Win
IND 12 Loss
JAX 8.5 Win
TEN 9 Loss
HOU 9.5 Loss
KC 7 Win
DEN 6 Win
SD 10 Win
OAK 6.5 Win
NYG 9 Win
WAS 8.5 Loss
PHI 7 Loss
DAL 9 Win
GB 9 Loss
MIN 9 Win
DET 4.5 Loss
CHI 7.5 Loss
ATL 10.5 Win
CAR 7 Win
NO 11 Win
TB 7 Win
SEA 7 Win
SF 8 Win
ARI 7 Win
StL 6 Loss
interesting to see how i would have done playing everything...
19-13 (59.4%)
Exact win predictions: 2
With juice idk if i would have won much, but did anyone do anything with this? Futures are one of my favorite things...

I find the average juice on these to be 20 cents so you would have made a profit.

Are teams really baiting Suggs with Brady?
So, why did Terrell Suggs take a swing at a Bengals player on Sunday?
Because of Tom Brady, of course. Well, let’s explain. After Suggs had his helmet ripped off and got thrown to the ground, the Ravens linebacker said he delivered an open-handed swipe at Jerome Simpson because of something the Bengals wide receiver said.
"He came saying Tom Brady was his favorite quarterback," Suggs said. "So, it was instantly beef. It was rap beef, though, it wasn't street beef."
Whether Suggs was joking or not is up for debate. It seems like Suggs is talking about Brady every week now. The only thing that’s certain is that it will be awfully interesting if Suggs meets Brady in the playoffs.

Marvin Lewis gets an extension, WOW!

I heard something about the lingering lockout may be a reason why a lot of these coaches on the hot seat won't be fired.

hate that for him. he was playing well, and to take the road he took, kudos to him. is it one that will be crazy long rehab, or will he be ready to go 100% at training camp?
to be the anti-saints guy, though, i've had saints fans talk to me like he was the second coming of jim brown. he wasn't. as bad as you guys need to run the ball, it'll be up to lil breesy/summer brees/mr. nyquil. andy reid thinks you guys pass too much.
what's the deal with colston and jenkins?

AND Jimmy Graham.
A horrible time to have multiple key guys injured.
I'll peruse my Saints website tonight and report back with an update later, lol.

Man, it's impossible to find an official injury report.
But the word on the street is Pierre should play, Graham looks to be doubtful for this week at least, and Malcolm Jenkins may be done for the season like Ivory.
Not the injury report I was hoping for.

Bush is our only healthy back heading to the playoffs.
Well, at least we won it last year.
