You're right, fuck that 5yr old. /facepalm

Maybe you should rethink your question... Why was the Floyd media coverage on the level that it was?
Who said that?

You're an idiot.

One of us is questioning why a 5yr old shot at point blank range is on the level of a rambling drugged up felon unintentionally dying at the hands of a police officer.

The other one of us is suggesting that you question why such a big deal was made out of an officer unintentionally killing a rambling drugged up felon.

Do you want to rethink who the idiot is here?

Riiiiighhhhhttt Floyd is the only thing behind the explosion of BLM in the media. Took 3 months for ahmuad's murderers to be arrested. Been 5 months and Breonna's murderers still roam free.

This child being murdered is truly a heartbreaking tragedy but the manhunt caught the POS and placed him behind bars bail revoked within 24hrs. Where is the miscarriage of justice or some other nefarious motive behind the media coverage?

While u or Georgie may not have said on here that this is a benchmark case of media bias or someother dumbass conspiracy theory alot of ur knuckle dragging conservative brethren have tried to make that case.

You're clearly missing the point. Go back to my first post...

"Maybe you should rethink your question... Why was the Floyd media coverage on the level that it was?"

Now this time I'll explain it for you. It's not really about expecting media coverage for the kid. It's clearly about why Floyd got the media coverage that it did. So this time around, instead of calling me an idiot, maybe think a little harder about why the media gave it that coverage. If your final answer is that they genuinely care about BLM, then I suppose we'll leave it at that. If you don't believe that the media is actively trying to promote hate and cause a divide between Americans, then we're in a completely different place. There is a very clear double standard and the basic Google results I posted earlier (which you can easily replicate for proof, if you really need to), are just a small reflection of it.

It's useless talking to you. Your mental gymnastics are some if the best I've come into contact with. I explained myself pretty clearly. Sorry it didn't satisfied u. 😆

There are no gymnastics here.

He is saying that the killer was black and the child was white and the media didn't cover it because it doesn't fit into their spread of racism of white on black crimes.
If the roles were reversed and the child was black and the man was white, this would have been all over the news in a heartbeat as a hate crime immediately.
For fucks sake, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know this.

I can't wait for the day that people stop all of the stupidity and be a fucking human and take race out of the picture.

Cops killing anyone, when their lives are not in imminent danger, should make national news, because they shouldn't be killing anyone unless their lives are in danger.
If that person pulls a gun or a knife, ok, they have the right to kill, but unless their life is in danger, they don't have that right.

In the Floyd case, they didn't have a right to kill him, period. They should be put in jail for murder.
In the Hinnant case, the neighbor had no reason to shoot and kill a 5 year old boy, period. He should be put in jail for murder.

I was tracking with you until this last part. Saying 'they didn't have a right' is seemingly implying that 'they acted with intent.' Now that I've seen the full video, beginning to end and knowing what I about grappling, combat, police training, and police psychology, I think you're wrong. There's no way they are nailing Chauvin with a 2nd degree murder charge. You can't watch the available footage and legitimately think that Chauvin intended to kill him. As for the other officers... "they" in your statement, well, it's really hard to hit them with aiding and abetting murder, when murder didn't happen.

Chauvin screwed up and was clearly negligent and should be properly hit with manslaughter (which in the rare situation in Minnesota, could have been what they call a 3rd degree murder charge). I don't know the exact path to get there, but best case scenario at this point is getting him on that. (Plea is the only route?)

I'm stuck in a hotel for nearly a month. Our WiFi you have to log into on an internet page. How do you go about getting your PS4 to log in that way? I can connect to the wifi but can't get a page to load up to log in

Another shooting in Wisconsin. From initial video it doesn't look good. Only way I can see the officers getting off on this is body cam shows the guy who was shot reaching for a gun inside the vehicle.

Vids in the article for anyone wanting to see

Why even let it escalate to that point? Three officers and none could have tased him or grabbed him as he was walking around the car if they were telling him to stop?
