I'd say that this is the majority of MMA fighters. First time I met a big group pro fighters none of them, except for Rich Franklin, we even remotely physically intimidating. Even a guy like Matt Brown that was about 6', around 180-190, didn't look like he'd be much of a threat (though he had crazy eyes, so that should be a good warning). But that's 1 of the first rules you learn about fighting, respect everyone's ability.

We were just talking about this today in my office at work. With MMA, you never know anymore who you are running into. It is not like in our heyday when pretty much the worst you ran into was a highschool wrestler.

Surprises me. Figured the line would favor Tyson big early and the come closer to reality in a few weeks. I'm guessing the public is going to jump all over Tyson then. With that said, it's sounding like it's a glorified sparring session in 12oz gloves vs light gloves. Which means a lot of dancing around and nothing happening. Roy Jones fought and won 2 years ago. He’s had a entire career since Tyson retired. Ez money on Jones and I hope the public bets Tyson to get Jones + money

Too many former military around here. The smart folks either start out cautious or learn their lesson after the 1st time they F up. Everyone else tends to be a drunk loudmouth and they'd never figure it out anyway. Thankfully I got 1 good reminder between the ropes when I was around 21-23. That's a life lesson I'll never forget.

His brother is 6'2, maybe. There was a whole thing about his height months ago. Everything points to him being 5'10-5'11. With that said, he can be 6'2, I'm taking Nate. If his height didn't stop him from making the NBA, it's sure not going to stop him from handling a celebrity fighter. Nate isn't your typical NBA "little guy." He started at UW as a football player; He's very strong. I'm guessing that he shows up around 5'9, 180-190 and pretty cut. That's no joke. Nate has a couple kids that are in the 12-15 age range, about to hit the high school scene, that he's always playing ball with. He's in great shape right now.
