Spitters in 2011 had a player by the name of Hai Feng Jiu. he was one of the great 1 year wonders in league history putting up 222 hits .346 avg 119 runs 37 hr's (somehow only 6 doubles) and a 5.2 WAR in his rookie year. he was basically out of a job 2 years later and gone from the league shortly after.
today we signed the speedy slick fielding Hai Feng Chu, who was named after the former Spitter and now gets to likely finish his career in the baby blue.

Roberto was so close to 500HR happy to see him get in. What hat is he wearing? Lol
Looks like a Rose City hat - so he went in with Shelby.

How the hell does Juan Luna not get in the HOF. Even crazier that Carl Hunt gets more votes than Luna. It would be pretty hard to argue he is not the greatest reliever ever.

Yep, a crime on both. Voted for both and will continue to forever. Look at the saves people, not the WAR!

File/Reports/S+ up.
- Welcome to the first of many late night sims.
- Spring Training is here! Train up those boys at new positions....if you like.
- Caryr may have to leave the league as he's having trouble with the file. He's going to hang around Slack and see if we can keep working on it or until we swap to 23 and see if that works. In the meantime, if you know anyone who wants to join up and take over Charleston let me know.

The player with 150+ more saves than anyone else ever in our league isn't in.
This plea will fall on deaf ears.

"Normal" Relievers don't deserve the HOF IMO, but Luna wasn't a normal reliever.
Dude had a 10 year stretch where he averaged over 5 WAR per season and averaged over 100 innings pitched per season...and put up at least 3.8 WAR in each of those 10 seasons.
No other reliever in our 80 year history has even half the argument for HOF that Luna does.

so to recap
- dont vote AS
- dont vote HOF
- auto draft
what the fuck is the point of playing? set the lineup weekly? bet the CPU does that too.

Something Nick and I actually agree on.
If Luna was so lights out for 10 years he should be a little higher than 11th in the all-time saves list at 380 something. I would never vote for a closer that doesn't break into the top 10 and all time saves. But that's just me

could just be down to what role he was in, if he was in that stopper role which looks likely, he probably just didn't have the opportunities while still being in the highest leverages moments of a game
