Bowl games are up!!!!!
Only user vs user game is the bizarre national championship match up of FIU vs Tulsa, everyone else plays the cpu so we should get this done pretty quick I think.
Jason I'll be around tomorrow early evening it looks like, till around midnight most likely.

Yeah.....unless you're up between 2am and 7am, the earliest we can play is Sunday.

I work 5p to 2a. We had a mandatory shift bid and I got ranked really low due to me having a written. I won't have anything in October when the next one comes around, and I'll be ranked in the top 5% (I was last time too, but written put me down near the bottom)
I am up until about 7 am, go to bed until 3ish, get up, get ready, go to work.

We are going to play Monday afternoon as I had to cancel when we were going to meet this evening due to drama at home. So the current plan is to advance Monday afternoon, unless the wife falls asleep real soon and Jason happens to still be around to play tonight.

Tulsa hangs on to defeat FIU to win the national championship, 17-14. Tulsa struck first, getting an interception at midfield on FIU's first drive, and getting a FG to lead 3-0. Later in the first, FIU put together a long drive and scored to lead 7-3. Tulsa was unable to get a full drive going until the final 1:53 of the game, when they went about 90 yards, getting to the FIU one yard line with 11 seconds and one timeout left. They tried to run up the middle but were stopped in the backfield; however, a holding penalty (which was accepted by FIU) pushed them back, AND stopped the clock. The added room and time allowed them to complete a pass for a touchdown with 4 seconds left. Tulsa picked off the ensuing hail mary, and it was 10-7 at the break.
The third quarter saw some punts, and then FIU got a long drive, got down to 3rd and goal from the 4. They called a WR sweep and he looked to be in. He decided to try to leap into the endzone, and he was blasted in midair and fumbled. Tulsa recovered at the one yard line, were able to get some room, and after they were stopped on third and inches they punted inside the 20 yd line of FIU. FIU would later punt, and on the first play, Tulsa took a shot deep downfield for the first time in the game, hitting a 67 yd pass down the sideline, giving the Hurricanes the ball at the 4 yd line. They would score a few plays later to take a 17-7 lead. FIU got a touchdown with two minutes to go to make it 17-14 but failed to recover the onside kick. FIU got two stops and used their last two timeouts, and Tulsa took a gamble on third and 9. They went shotgun five wide, and called a QB draw. FIU went quarter and blitzed two DBs and dropped the DT into coverage--leaving a huge hole for the QB who gained 7 yards before being hit, and then drug the defender 8 more yards for the first down. Two kneeldowns and the Hurricanes celebrated an improbable national title.
Great game Pengy!

Buckeye has accepted the DC job at USC, now Crows is on the clock with the options of staying at Freson, DC at VT, HC at Ohio, or oddly the OC or DC at Tulsa. Now wouldn't that make Tulsa fun next season

Okay Crowes is staying at Fresno, now Luis is on the clock. For some reason Washington State parted ways with him so he will chose from being the DC at VT, HC at Ohio, or becoming Jason's best friend by being the OC or DC at Tulsa

.

Outlaw is up, his options are to stay at UTSA, HC at Ohio, Ball State, San Jose State, or the DC or OC at Tulsa.
