Oregon's offense is like an OODA Loop.

Then the Texas QB gets the last snap off as the clock expires, runs around laterally for like 30 seconds and 17 yards and then throws a 7 yard pass when they need 50 for the hail mary TD.

Let me get this straight. Your team has three timeouts, so you purposely call a low-percentage play that requires an across the field throw - out of bounds despite the timeouts - using a play call signal that is the universal signal for timeout?!
