I'm out of town unfortunately, so I've put my status to AUTOPILOT.

I just did my recruiting online, but I won't be back in action until Tuesday. Going to have to swallow some tough Losses but thats okay

I don't know if it's the little thunderstorm trying to brew up in this area or what but I'm having troubles getting logged in right now. So unless I can get on some time here in the next hour or so, we probably won't advance til tomorrow (Friday) morning.

Bearded Clams (3-8) will host #11 No. Carolina (9-2)

Roosters (6-5) will host Boston College (7-4)

Owls (8-3) travel to #6 Alabama (10-1)

Rebels (3-8) travel to Marshall (4-7)

Holy Rollers (4-7) travel to No. Texas (1-10)

Hammerheads (6-4) travel to BYU (6-4)

Cookie Monsters (7-4) travel to Maryland (2-9)

Phantoms and Fighty Nasses are both on BYE weeks

Advanced to Week 14. Only teams with games this week are the Phantoms (Doc) and the Hammerheads (6ft). Will advance again Tues. Sept. 7th

If these 2 games happen to get played today, I will advance later tonight.

Got my game in, The Hammerheads after starting the season 0-2 , reel off 6 straight wins including a last nights thrilling against TCU 42-39, to clinch the MW Conference Title. After Frosh QB Shane Falco threw his 6th int of the game that went for a pick 6, giving TCU the lead 39 - 36 with just under 2 mins left. Shane was able to gather himself and lead the Hammerheads back down the field, where on their last attempt on 4th and goal from the 2, he found Junior Wideout Blanks in the corner of the endzone with just 33 secs left for the go ahead touchdown.

With the win the Hammerheads move to 8-4 (7-1) and look forward to their Las Vegas Bowl Invite.
There were 5 recruits visiting during the TCU game that the Hammerheads hope commits shortly adding to their 26th ranked recruiting class.

I strongly doubt that the Roosters and Keeblers will play theirs, so as soon as I get word from the Hammerheads we'll move.

Is anyone actually needing any of the Off-season recruiting time? The reason I ask is I would like to just skip over this particular off-season and get back to playing.

I know there are only a few of you guys that are still showing any interest. So I'd like those guy's opinions on these questions:

a) Should we trudge through the off-season and do the recruiting?

b) Should we skip the off-season and get back to playing?

3) Should we just abandon this dynasty? (Didn't label it "c" cuz I wouldn't mind putting in at least 1 more season.)

Recruiting, keep it to 1 night for each week - by the weekend we can maybe trudge through this thing

I'd like to keep playing, but I would understand if we abandon it. Maybe start a new created team OD. If we do keep this one going I need this offseason recruiting, I had a horrible season of recruiting as I finished 2nd on about 15+ guys who were good recruits. So currently I have only ONE guys signed .

I m still in it.. I might not be active during the recruiting part as I usually have all my recruiting done before the off season in all my dynasties.. NOt because I m that good. But because 5 weeks is usually not enough time for me to get guys to sign on. If I dont sign them before the first 14 or so weeks I usually wont be able to get them .
