Why do we even turn injuries to low in Spring anyway?

I think forgetting to reset them shows we shouldn't even mess with it ever, just leave it on normal at all times.

Forget to reset? We voted to have them set to low for the regular season.

No, we voted that in. Not sure if we actually had another vote to get them moved back up though.

We do not turn them to low anymore. We voted to move injuries to low a while ago so they just stay there. I am not sure if it has been 5 seasons or not yet for the revote.

Playoffs will not take place tomorrow. I miscalculated the day I'd return.

Playoffs will now be Friday at 8 PM CST and I will go straight in to the rollover and have it done for you guys early Saturday. I will be backat work and life back to normal at last.

The NDL team with the most DL days has less DL days than the real life MLB team with the least amount of DL days.



We had 7078 DL days. In 2017, the MLB had 12,268...for hitters. Another 19k for pitchers for a total of 31,833. We avg 235 DL days per team, ML is over 1,000.



The least injured MLB team in 2017 had 576 DL days. In the NDL, Mia/OCD/SHL/SA all combined 119 days total.

I don’t remember when the vote happened but I know it was while we were on 18 because injuries got really bad and guys went to fragile and wrecked really easy.

I mean we SHOULD have injuries much lower than real life in my opinion. We don’t have the ability to manage lineups day to day like real life, nurse nagging injuries or anything like that. It’s a sim game, who cares what we have compared to real life.

The 6 AL playoff teams have 3 players total on the DL. 3 of those teams have 0.

This. No way of knowing that normal on 19 would still be less often than low on 18. And I think it's always been not so much an issue with frequency but more so the severity, but I don't think there's independent options to adjust one or the other

How do we know it’s no longer an issue on 19? Maybe it any longer an issue because we have it on low. I just don’t get why we want more injuries and to be closer to real life. We don’t sim one day at a time, we can’t manage our teams the same. We don’t get feedback on guys and can help prevent injuries. Where we are now is perfect for the pace of our league and for a sim league in my opinion

It's absolutely terrible IMO.

You may as well turn them off at this point, that's how bad we've made it.
