I would try to explain supply/demand to you but I don't want AJ getting mad at me.RanDawg wrote:Does the price per ticket affect the # of tickets sold?
IE. if I set the prices to $5 . . . will I sell out? If I set the price at $100 will anyone buy?
I think I read somewhere that it only mattered if I was attempting to go TOO high, but it didn't matter if I lowered the too much as "fan interest" is what played a big part as to how many tickets you sold.

yes yes, good idea then we'll follow that up with how to manage and rebalance portfolio's rather than riding things all the way up and down.ajalves wrote: maybe after we can talk about manners and how to divide!!! Lets do it!

I will be without my 2nd best hitter and ROY candidate Thorpe and Washington will miss RF Rocha, 2B Stuart, and 3B Dave Davis.
I don't know the exact answer to your question based on how the game is programmed. I know there is a balance that is based off supply/demand. however your question about setting them at $5, i'm not sure of. I would assume at a very high price, you'd still get some buyers, but obviously not many or enough to make it worth your while.RanDawg wrote:wow . . . you guys really know how to take a question . . . and rearrange it so that it doesn't get answer . . . self responsibility rather than making excuses and blaming everyone else. that's a good start.Cnasty wrote:Dave is so positive, objective and zen like.

All of those guys are out for 2 weeks+?
Dont you have to send some fathers of 4 kids down to the rookie league or something?DRiccio21 wrote:self responsibility rather than making excuses and blaming everyone else. that's a good start.Cnasty wrote:Dave is so positive, objective and zen like.
