unless Washington tanks, it should be Washington vs. Chicago for the right to play Cincinnati.

Rivera vs. Lehman
Moran vs. Roman
Starks vs. Moreno
Tyler vs. Allison

I will be without my 2nd best hitter and ROY candidate Thorpe and Washington will miss RF Rocha, 2B Stuart, and 3B Dave Davis.

magic #2 for NE is 2 to clinch a wildcard spot.

6 games vs Albany and NY at home. I've seen crazier things happen... hopefully we can get a couple quick wins and end this thing. last thing I need is detective Lynch ending my season 2 years in a row.

Does the price per ticket affect the # of tickets sold?

IE. if I set the prices to $5 . . . will I sell out? If I set the price at $100 will anyone buy?

I think I read somewhere that it only mattered if I was attempting to go TOO high, but it didn't matter if I lowered the too much as "fan interest" is what played a big part as to how many tickets you sold.

I would try to explain supply/demand to you but I don't want AJ getting mad at me.

yes yes, good idea then we'll follow that up with how to manage and rebalance portfolio's rather than riding things all the way up and down.

I don't know the exact answer to your question based on how the game is programmed. I know there is a balance that is based off supply/demand. however your question about setting them at $5, i'm not sure of. I would assume at a very high price, you'd still get some buyers, but obviously not many or enough to make it worth your while.

to put it in real life comparisons, the Marlins could put the tickets for free and the fan support/loyalty is so low right now that it wouldn't matter enough to see a significant difference in their crowd.

self responsibility rather than making excuses and blaming everyone else. that's a good start.

Answered my own question. Based on those injuries and just general matchup, it looks like another Cincy-Chi battle in the 2nd round and Thorpe should be back and ready if not for the start, 1-2 games in.
