I definitely think it was some weird, horrible accident. But she stlil needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Some dude was laying in his apartment minding his own business then died, if she's that wreckless, then she shouldn't be free to roam around in public.

Governments are such scam artists.. had a $330 fine. Paid it. They're like oh ya you owe $150 reinstatement fee.. and I cant pay on site I gotta go to another site for some reason. Unfuckingreal

Ya without "free" health care my mom would be dead so I'll gladly pay taxes towards it. Not to mention how many bones I've broken.
