Daughter is so annoying. Jessica Brody, she makes up for all of the other Brodys though!

just making this public knowledge. I let Ted know who my IFA was and he could see him/sign him (which he wont).. i think thats how certain (who will remain nameless) find their IFAs.. just search each letter, short list everyone so new guys are lower case, and boom, get yourself some IFAs..
my theory of course.

What do you mean by search each letter? And also short list everyone? The entire league? I don't follow at all.
And there may just be confusion, but if guys are deliberately signing IFAs before someone's 14 day window is up, that seems like it would certainly fall under the "conduct detrimental" rule, and I'd hope the original team gets the IFA back, and the other team gets some sort of reprimand, if I'm understanding all of this correctly. Again, I may not fully understand this process you speak of so it could be done innocently, but if not, it's blatant cheating.
I'll withhold judgment...for now.

honestly iunno. it would take a lot of work at the start to shortlist every NDL b player. But look, I'll show, cause if anyone tries signing him i'll lose my shit.
Spoiler!
thats my IFA. so if anyone searched "Pacheco" they could find my IFA and offer him. It wouldnt be "their fault" they see "no team" and think FA.
all I'm saying is, I think maybe this is how people used to always find IFAs. they are in the search system. Maybe got lucky search tom, dick and harry and found a couple. I dont know. I'm just saying its definitely possible.

There is so much shady shit that goes down in this league that nothing at all surprises me.
But shady may also be construed as genius tactics in playing the game.
We all play the game differently. Some are viewed as cheating, some are viewed as genius.

another thing, if you go into the search box, you can find Pacheco. BUT, if you "explore world" and go to DR (where hes from) hes unavailable. interesting.

Again, fucking cheaters or fucking genius?
It is very apparent we are all not on the same playing field. Not even close.
But is that their fault or just more homework and effort to get to that point?

we knew we were fucked as a league when the 1st line of Godly K Thom's history reads this
cant fault them tho. theyre putting the work in.
Me and Ted got bored so we're lookin at teams. a owner (who will remain nameless) signed 3 17 yr old kids same week in February one being a monsterrrr.. so we know hes probably doing it too (none say discovered in x country).

Geniuses can be cheaters too!!!
It honestly does sound like it's not a blatant thing from what I am understanding now.
But I do find it funny, like NIck pointed out, if I got an email about an IFA, and before his 14 days are up some other team signs him, I'm going to be yelling and screaming and making a big deal out of it until I get my guy back. I'm guessing most guys aren't even noticing their emails since no one has ever said something.

I've brought up that very 1st line of his history a couple of times before.
It is very strange looking.

I did say something, it happened to me an offseason a while ago. Got the email, sent an offer to the guy, he signed with someone else before the 15 day window.

Well it does explain why guys sign 10-15 IFAs and some sign none in a year.

That's true, I do remember that.
Did you get your guy back?
Who signed him? GET HIM!!!

There's gray area and then there is black and white... what Nick is describing is black and white.
