Don't we usually complete Arb and sim up to free agency in the same sim?

Last years revenue. How the hell long have you been here? Lol

Well, the reason I ask is my revenue has held steady since 2035, assuming those graphs are correct. But my budget went down by about $25mil, so I'm not sure it's as simple as "last year's revenue"

And shouldn't it be revenue in relation to expenses as well?

Did you get an email about your budget being cut from having a bad season last year? That usually is when it happens.

I haven't had my email set in forever. But even if I did, the email doesn't tell me the calculation or whatever that goes into what the budget will be.

FWIW, I tried the manual, didn't find much in there.

No the in game email stating your new budget. Yes it doesn't tell you what went into it but that's my guess why it got cut because of your results last season compared to expectations.

That's what I am talking about! I was hoping for a 16 day sim to get us to FA filings so we can put in some bids this weekend.

I'll sim tomorrow as I don't see any negative impact to getting us to free agency between today's sim if anyone doesn't read the boards.

I will also adjust the sim schedule for next year to be that way. Not sure why we haven't in the past but previous sim schedules were a tad different.

I was hoping for a bonus mid day Saturday sim to get us to FA!

The other thing I noticed, if you are going to sign say a pitching coach, when you go to your team and click on the vacant link, that takes you to the available personnel, when you click on a coach and choose to offer him a contract, it automatically selects the team you chose the vacant link on. Which seems small, but it is nice when you have a bunch to sign.
