If you want to get the back doors open I've heard that driving the truck into water opens them up. Otherwise I think you're out of luck.

Ok, so first of all, you'll need some scuba gear. There is a boat spawn down by the airport, across the bay. With Franklin, get in the boat... then jump in the water and you will have scuba gear on. Then travel to the location that LetsGoPeay marked with a star on his map. Dive down to the breifcase, and get ready to switch to Michael. As soon as you pick up the $12,000 briefcase, switch to Michael. Then immediately switch back to Franklin under water. They $12,000 case re-spawns, and you are able to keep picking it up... Over and over. If you position yourself correctly, you won't even have to move. You can do this for however long you want, and make as much money as you want. (Even with both characters) I spent about 30 mins or so doing this, and made over 1Mil with Franklin.

Or you can just wait to do the Assassination missions til AFTER you complete the story...
i've got like 5 mill with franklin. if you just load up on the stocks right before/after the franklin ~Lester missipns, you'll have all the dough you'll ever need
