While I'm all for giving guys enough time (hence the 8hr window) I am really disappointed that we're 2 days in and I have less than 8 lists sent in. With that said, I'm not ready to make it 4hrs yet.

a list is a list. you rank the players from your #1 choice to you last choice. It doesnt change based on who gets picked at all.

I mean making a pick in 15 minutes isn't a priority for most people. We have an eight hour window, and some guys are freaking out when someone takes more than 20 minutes to make a pick. God forbid someone has a job, or kids, or wants to boot up the program to take a look. Damn.

Also, it DOES change based on who gets picked; if I'm looking at getting a SS later because they're lots of depth at that position that I think will last, but then there's a big run on it, that might change my strategy towards waiting to take one if there's a guy I want. I might take him now and then grab something else later, rather than risk him not being there when it gets around to me again because I thought said depth would last. You can't tell other people how to draft or how their draft strategy should be built. There's a reason that the game heavily uses the "and/or" strategy in the draft list.

He can send me a list or simply do like Dave did and tell me to take BPA and not wait. Not taking that post as serious.

I didn't see any of that.

The only "freak outs" I've noticed were the 3 or 4 times we've had lulls for hours.

Reign, don't use my list just yet. I'm looking at who I have on my list and will make a selection within 10 minutes of Chicago's pick

Edit:

PM'd you my pick, if it goes next then go with my draft list.

the draft started 2 days ago...its rocket science to make a list 40 guys long or so?

i've got 2 jobs, a wife and 2 kids. i dont want to hear that bullshit. its guys right to take the full 8 hours if thats their choice. but stop with the fucking "priorities" garbage.

you join the league, you have an obligation to the other 29 guys. plain and simple. Same with scheduling NDL games. you know about that right?

not for one second do i think I'm more important than anyone else in the league thus i will do my best to get my pick in in a timely manner.

stop making excuses and make a pick. its pretty simple
