Really just starting up and gathering people and see if they stay but if you want to join our platoon, sign up at Battlelog.battlefield.com. Look for NDL Militia.

Yeah, I do not like this game and I made a mistake in buying it. I am going to try and get $35 or $40 on eBay for it. There is a reason Call of Duty will outsell this 5:1. There is a lot to like about this game for sure, but overall this was a mistake of a purchase.

My absolute biggest complaint is the fact that there are only three game modes, one of which sucks (Rush). I'd be willing to take time and learn this game and its nuances if there were some additional game modes.

What I don't understand is Rush is just like all other flag capturing games except in this game once you capture the flag a new area of the map is opened up. Different vehicles are then made available to use and so on. I thought you liked the game because you've been doing pretty good and you were on for awhile last night. Sorry to see you go bro.

Had a great night with yougoogelizer last night, we held it down with a tank last night. I had that sucker in a nice position on the last m-com that i would pop out of and take out people that weren't paying attention driving their tank down the road. s

I'll be on tonight as well. Probably going to start up after the Florida/Georgia game and play all night. My girlfriend bought it for the Xbox so she's upstairs playing it and I don't have to worry about her feelings getting hurt if I play all night.

Let me clarify what I mean.

I enjoy playing it to an extent. There are a lot of fun elements. However, when compared to what Call of Duty will likely be, I wish I never bought this. To me, this game fails with the extreme lack of margin of error. As for why I dislike Rush, there is only one real firefight going on at a time. I very much like Conquest, though. That is exciting because there are a multitude of different skirmishes going on.

I agree about rush to an extent...it's not my favorite game mode. I prefer conquest...but if you get in the right position on rush you can wreak havoc lol. Shift and I were Boss in that tank last night. We probably took out 4 vehicles and 15 or so enemies on our last mcom. I think rush is so much more important to have squad communication on...have to really coordinate defense positions.

We are updating our servers

By: zh1nt0 Posted: 17 hours ago 1976 comments
Hello everyone!

It´s sunday night over here at the office. It´s cold and dark outside but inside one of the nicest buildings located in the heart of Stockholm, sits a team that is working on updates. We at DICE are rolling out a new server update and of course, we are posting the change log to you.

For users, this means that you don´t need to update your client since this is a server side update.

- Fix for crashes usually occurring during level switches. Server providers may see a little bit of memory leakage instead in this situation

- Game servers should no longer quit in some situations where the online backend servers are down. Server will reconnect to the backend once it's up again

- Fix for ghost servers which didn't accept connections

- Kick reasons should better match situations where they are issued. This will help battlelog provide more accurate information to the player

- Connection fixes to avoid players sometimes being rejected while joining the game server on one of the last slots

- Security updates

- Improved server logging

It took me a minute to get over the fact that you can kill nobody - or, at least, only kill in "self-defense" - and be an extremely vital part of the team.

Has anybody done the campaign yet? I am running it on Hard and it is freaking tough. Very excellent gameplay, graphics and sound. Love it!

I started to do the campaign but then the multiplayer is just too fun so I haven't made any time to finish it. Its pretty tough on hard, I agree.

Had a bit of fun last night doing car bombs. Put C4 on top of a jeep and then driving it towards my target and either getting out as I get there or jumping out. Detonate C4 and get points for blowing up everything.
