do rehab starts really work? never done them
I know that rust is a real thing in this game. ST helps get rid of it. I assume after a monster injury, rust would be there again. But after 20 innings or so, it is gone. I guess if your rotation isn't that good, it wouldn't hurt just putting him in.

ETA: SP Manny Leyva is in the mix too, also on pace for 4.8 WAR
Munoz has won the last 2 rookie of the month awards and is catching fire in in May and June. Keep it up rook!!

His and Booth's month by month progression is eerily similar.

Life's great mysteries!!!
Sheltown's pythag is now down to -5. Fun!!!
That lineup in Omaha....yuck!
Just need to be good enough to give the pitchers a chance. 3rd in average and middle of the road everywhere else. The key to this lineup is not to strikeout.
Lawrence Hernandez is the unheard of hero here. On pace for 40+ doubles, 10 triples and 20+ HRs.

His lineup has basically matched mine in runs this season. His 2nd half fall from grace will be epic!!!
I'm in a dangerous spot, 4.5 games back of the final wildcard spot. About 2-3 weeks away from finally having my lineup healthy, but if I get any further back, it may not matter at that point.
No second half collapse coming. The Beef will keep chugging along and will go where the lineup takes them. If we can make the playoffs the starting 3 will keep them in every game. Still deciding if I need to pick up a big bat or not.
