This injury thing has taken me from having a shot at a .500 season, to maybe not winning another series.

my new 2B goes down, and the next sim my SS and my replacement 2B goes down....and then the next sim the replacement for the replacement 2B goes down.

I now have some guy who is a A player at best, starting in my IF, and two guys in my infield are total scrubs. If one of them gets hurt this sim, I'm not sure who I'm gonna use.

just a heads up to new guys, you can expand your rosters to 40 this sim if you want to try some guys out at major league level.

Hartford has won 19 of their last 20 games. Bear, you are not allowed to sim any longer.

You've got to be kidding with these injuries... 4 of them at once last sim. No wonder I went 0-6. My last game's starting lineup included the following:

Defensive Backup Catcher had to start, hit 6
Normal starting Cather started in left field, hit 7 (how the hell he's behind the d scrub Catcher is beyond me)
Barry Jacobs... YES.. THAT Barry Jacobs, SP, started as my DH and hit 8.
And my 2nd basemen must feel like a real jackass batting 9th behind Jacobs.

Oh no, even worse... 0/4, 2 Ks, 5 LOB. I lost, 1-4. Other team had 3 LOB total.

1st time looking over your roster, biggin, owens and thompson are all ex norcal players

Biggins / Thompson are solid D / good role players. Owens serves the purpose of backup defensive C. Overall, happy with all of them. Injuries have slaughtered me both seasons now... always in Aug/Sep.

I don't know why Luis Rodriguez(my top MR bullpen guy) started instead of John Johnston that game. He walked 8 and you guys won while getting 2 hits.

My closer Tony Foster has played 1 game at catcher, going 0 for 5.
My setup man Nasombi Usami has seen action in 2 games, 0 for 3.
Tom White has had the only success. He played CF one game, going 2 for 6 with a RBI double.

I've uploaded for the next sim without 7 day lineups because I can't upload for the Sunday night sim.

Should be able to get an upload out for the Monday night sim.

Playoffs? Near impossible. If Philadelphia and Carolina play .500 ball, I'd need to go 18-5 at the least, heading into the final series.

Interesting Stat of the Day

Only three players have won multiple titles on multiple teams and all three involve Steel City.

Ferry Louter ('10 Launch, '13 Bulldogs)
Estaban Jimenez ('12 Spartans, '13 Bulldogs)
Ashton Stephenson ('13 Bulldogs, '15 Bombers)

Obviously, only Jimenez has won two in a row, regardless of team.

Also, here is another one and is a true testament to how bernie is cheating. The current NDLB record for largest number of games behind the season prior to winning the division is 17, held by the 2014 Cheesesteaks.

Hartford finished 28 games out of first last season.

Washington goes 5-2 on the sim... 6.5 and 7 gb of the the wildcards of Carolina and Philly. I am 14 games above .500 but now have my 4 game set with Chicago which could spell DOOOOOOOOM.
