Pfft. I'm at 4 for the season already.
damn. i only have 1 this year so far, but he's a good one, 2B.
a 66 pot toronto born CF (will prolly drop) and a 30ish pot starter. problem with the 66 is his WE/Intel is historically low

Lake Elsinore with another 2-4 sim.

We just do not have the pitching staff to even begin to compete this season.
I hope our prospect pitchers get up to speed this year and are ready for next season.

OK, 19-6 in last 25. The only hitch again is that we aren't exactly playing very good teams. Still unsure.

stop with your silliness. you know your fine and i know your fine. you do this every season. once the bullpen calms down you'll be back to normal levels. like you are starting to now.

I get what you are saying but I also know the difference between then and now. It looks/looked different.

One time a few seasons ago, I checked the top 25 rated SPs(or something like that) by overall rating by my scout.

24 of them were "High" or "Very High" rated in work ethic. The 1 guy who wasn't was Cyborg, and something very odd happened to him as we know, so it was basically 24 of 24.

it moreso applies to SPs i think. Other than Kevin Thomas im gonna go by potential and write the next name below "Normal" in work ethic.

16 of the top 18 players have normal + work ethic, Roy McIntyre is the 18th dude (Low) and K Thomas.

whats more shocking is McIntyre is a 76 potential and our 18th best SP  thats fucked.

just checked it out... of pitchers rated 70+ by my scout (about 35), only 2 low (Alejandro Rosa, Bryce Kurtz) and 2 very low (Thomas and Springer) for WE. About 8 normals

More spread out on intelligence, but still no very lows.

But in the end, for SP it doesn't really seem to matter since there isn't a prospect in anyone's system with a very low rating. Only 3 lows of 70+ potential... which holds current to our system now.

Great SP prospects appear to have high potential and high WE/Intelligence combo regardless.
If you want to see a sample size of guys who are low in those categories and see if they pan out... look at them: Mike Mcgee (normal/low), Kelvin Anderson (normal/very low), Manny Ventura (low/normal)... that about sums up the low WE/I guys that are currently in farms.

Oh and just looking Mike Crane is the biggest DGAF player in our league. Very low WE, Intelligence, Leader. Low Loyalty, Desire to win. Normal Greed.

I think our scouts are comparable in the international scouting rating and I am with you as I spent some cash on it this year as an experiment and havent gotten anything.

I think mine is rated as decent or average. If I dont get any with that huge amount upped in spending on the international market,I will know better not to waste money.

i spend $0 on scouting. I just click the little boxes and he finds em. Hes been busy, in puerto rico last week, then up in Toronto this sim.

You "clicking the the little boxes" increases your international scouting budget.

Which means you spend money.

Every box you click is worth $$$$
