Had they just thrown in a "with all due respect", none of this would have ever happened.

The fact this is an internal communication amongst leadership, not even getting into the context, is pretty sad.if I would of turned this in as even as a draft for review I would be canned or at least demoted from ever communicating with clients. The amount of misspelled words, tense usage, punctuation, incomplete sentences etc. makes you wonder how this guy really made it this far in the business world.

We need AJ or Peay to mark this bitch up for some laughs. Also he was close to making one fatal mistake.

There was nothing threatening going on in the arean back then.

That being said, this was just his market analysis. While fairly leading, he was just stating why he thought they struggled with season tickets. By no means is there an excuse for some of the context in this letter, but its not nearly as bad as I expected when he "volunteered" to step away. There is definitely more here than meets the eye. Almost smells of blackmail somewhere along the way.

i actually find the exact opposite.

mid mgmt type stuff is far more picky about language and spelling and grammar.

higher ups emails are usually a shit fest cause they don't give a fuck and are only interested in execution and production
