Although I was only 7, the only thing I remember about that game is Steve Grogan's neck roll and the cold-ass bleacher seats. And I have to stay up and watch to make sure Holmes doesn't get 22 and if that happens, arrghh.
I cannot believe we were both at that game...........unreal! I was six........My first game was awesome!

I forget if anyone disagreed with me, but I remember a thread where I said that if I am starting a new team (or rebuilding a winless one), I am finding a center, a defensive tackle, and a tackle before I go spend a dime or a pick on anyone else.

If you can dominate the line of scrimmage, you can win games you are not supposed to. Super Bowl XLII is the perfect example. Justin Tuck and Jay Alford single-handedly won that Super Bowl, blowing up the A-Gap and Brady for 60 minutes.

not a Center, but tackles 1st then guards.

gotta start outside in on Oline building

I played center for a year and I will say center is more valuable than guards.

No doubt about that.

And to that point that year, Brady got the best protection I've ever seen in my life for a QB. It was amazing.

Left tackle is the 2nd most important position in football, IMO.

Want to know why football is getting fucking kooky. This is a quote from Chicago GM Jerry Angelo, a powerful man in the game, on Suh's hit.

"He's too great a player for that,'' the Bears general manager said of Suh. "That was a poor sign of a football player in the National Football League, given all that our game stands for.''

WHAT?!

suh just likes elbowing quarterbacks in the back while they're falling to the ground. I don't see him being a character guy going forward

Garcon sucks lol. K well sucks might be a bit much but hes average at best.

Peyton is the reason he looks so good. If the dude was on any other team he wouldnt look this good.

Dave you need tackles than a center before offensive guards. Offensive guards are a dime a dozen in the NFL, when was the last time in ten years you have seen an offensive guard takn in the first two rounds of th draft consistantly.

I would start at tackle, then D Tackle, center then a hybrid Lb like a Jarod Mayo, Terell Suggs, Polomalu type.
