Pablo "No Trump" Esparza is now the career leader in Shutouts, knocking off Oliver Ladd.

I still stand by my comment that Ladd's career Complete Games record is the most unbreakable record in our league.

Just based on statistics, I don't think he finishes as high as Lehman. But I think in terms of his role for the team and considering how much I've held him back over the years, his contributions are far more significant.

Lehman had some Pedro in his prime type years.

7 straight years of ERA under 3 and an average WAR of like 8. Insane

3 Seavers in a 4yr span... that doesn't suck at all.

not hard to win the Seaver in the NL when you have no one to compete against.

we should consider changing the names of the awards now that we have a HOF and elite players. like converting Seaver/Cy to Jerery Lehman Award

Don't worry, he'll say hi to O'Quinn and Hays on his way past them.

Doesn't Esparza have like 7 or 8 Cy Youngs or something absurd like that?

Where are you getting those? They seem off.

I am going to their player page, accomplishments, major league award summary.
Mine above are accurate based on that.
