Pretty sure 18 wins in relief has happened in real life, I think.

In single season it's Roy Face (18-1), John Hiller (17-14), and Bill Campbell (17-5)

Here's my question... in all seriousness. If you're officially rebuilding, why didn't you trade the big 3 to someone for prospects? Obviously you weren't gonna trade nick Hays, but beyond that I'm sure there would have been takers out there. Seems like those 3 would have given you a whole new team with the right interest... Or are you going for the quick rebuild?

Look at his innings and games played. He was almost always in the game for two innings.

I thought about that last night. "Why am I not annoying AJ for one of his guys?" I should have.

Pitching is doing great; hitting....it's like everyone suddenly forgot how to hit, all at once.

Huge stretch of two weeks coming up that will determine my season: 4 at Cincy, 3 at Washington, 3 vs Phoenix, and 3 vs Philly.

Btw Reign, can we get a minor league update on the site, por favor? hasn't been updated since mid June and the expansion of rosters is coming in two sims.
if I didn't know better i'd think your mad bro! you ain't mad are you bro? ridiculous? not wow good job beefy? lololol ohh I get it, it's only ridiculous when I win , but not when you do! you sure your not mad? lololol

in all honesty, im just going down with the ship with those 3. Nick made me a nice offer for Hays and I declined. Its not the smartest strategy out there. I'd love to win 4 more titles, but I got some and I like seeing those guys on my team.

Plus i'd just ask for too much

What I would like is for my team to not hit .230...then those guys would still be winning 16-20 games each.

Morgan Morrissey had a shit ton of wins out of the pen for me not too long ago. Don't know if it was crazy numbers like that other guy though.

It has happened 3 times in over 100 years that a reliver has won more then 15 games, All 3 were before the 60's when pitchers pitched alot more.

But in this game, Seems to happen more as its a sim, And real life situations tend to not happen as much as we would think or like at times. Cray OOTP

It happens in the sims, sometimes, because we botch our pitching rotations and guys start 2-3 games in a row... so then RPs get used more. A lot of the issues that I've seen guys have, are often because they've accidentally (or not) done something to cause them to happen. So much depth, but that also means so much to screw up.

GMing with the heart, not the business mind.

Not many owners like this out there. Respect!

There was nothing in my post that was a slight to you. I didn't mean ridiculous as in "that's stupid". I meant "ridiculous" as in, that's an unreal run to be on. If I went on a 13-2 run, I'd say it was "ridiculous" too

I don't care if I win the division. I just want to make the playoffs.

Former Carolina Spartans product following the Alfredo Melanoma Rodriguez role. Not quite Javier Hernandez but pretty close. Back to back 15-2 seasons out of the bullpen. Between Morgan Morrissey and the aforementioned Rodriguez, they went 54-7 with a 2.50 ERA in over 400 innings during 2013 and 2014  . That Carolina pen may have been one for the ages back then.
