Iraq may be moving towards a civil war with the Kurdish people after the Kurds voted to create their own country a couple of weeks ago. Iraqi Army just took over key city of Kirkuk, who the Kurds believe it belongs to them. Kirkuk is an oil rich area.

The site I was at in Iraq last year sits in the Kurdish region. They all have "go bags" and are on a 1 hour notice that they have to vacate the area. They have thermite grenades that they plan on dropping all over the compound to burn everything to the ground.

So apparently the security guard who was shot just before the gunmen opened fire in Vegas spent 4 days prepping to begin doing the media rounds and interviews and during one of the meeting preps somehow the security guard just kinda vanished during the meetings when going from one area to another and he hasn't been seen or heard from in a few days since then.

Going to make this tonight. Hope it turns out pretty good as the Rib Roast was $45 for almost 4 pounds and another $20 in oil.

Good luck George!

I made it once and was disappointed. The lack of skin in comparison to frying chicken or turkey seemed to let all the oil soak into the meat. And, beyond that, the meat was well done on the outer 1-2 inches and almost raw in the middle. To solve the problem I ended up slicing the meat after the frying and finishing it on the grill.

Hope you have better luck than I did!

Just read about this, this morning. I think it is bizarre he has't spoke up already. What does he need to be coached up on? This is the first thing coming from all this that is bizarre as hell to me.

From what I gather, he was going to make the rounds and do tons of media/interviews. I can understand getting some coaching.

Now, 4 days worth of coaching? Yea, that's a bit odd.

Some of the comments are solid:

- dude is probably in the line saying "your vagina is too big, your vagina is soo big".
- She sounds like she remembers when they first invented chocolate
- You can just hear the cancer in her throat
