Maurice Jones-Drew... he's short, but he's sturdy. Really good fit for an Andy Reid offense.GeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Fri Apr 24, 2020 12:14 am This guy better than Taylor or Dobbins?seems a little on the small side to be a 3 down back. At 5'9" sounds more like a 3rd round back.
Shel, what say you as a tigers fan?

Taylor is the best 'running' back. He's just a grinder. His pass pro isn't good and he's not a great receiver. You want 3 yards, he's got you. You want him to play 3 downs, you're in trouble.
JK Dobbins and Zack Moss are the 2 guys I see with the most potential to be the old prototype 3 down backs. I believe Dobbins has a nice, long career... nothing remarkable, just steady and reliable.

I should have read ahead... I saw the comp awhile back and it definitely fits watching him play.

also with taking him at the end of the first, you basically have a RB for his entire productive career.

Re: NFL Thread
Thrilled with getting the best OT @ #10.
I'll got absolutely crazy if we get Delpit tonight. For months I've had 3 guys as the top 3 playmakers in the draft... C. Young, I. Simmons, and G. Delpit... having him at FS would be excellent.
With that said, I'm happy with any of:
G. Delpit - Best natural S, needs to stay focused 100% of the time though... commit to tackles
X. McKinney - I see a harder hitting Minkah Fitzpatrick here... same position flexibility
A. Winfield - No measurements are impressive... but watch the tape! This kid is always making plays on the ball... in the air, tackling, everything.
Rumor has it the Browns like Jeremy Chinn, but I don't see how you pass on any of these 3 guys for him. My only concern is with McKinney and Delpit dropping to round 2, that the Browns see the depth of the position with Chinn, Burgess, Davis (and some others) and they wait until the 3rd. I think that'll be a huge mistake. No other position of need like S and the 3 guys I listed are superior to all of the others.
For the 2 thirds, we just go BPA, but hopefully a linebaker (Malik Harrison/Evan Weaver would be great).

The best was the Vrabel scene where it looked like the one dude was dropping a deuce in the background

The guy possibly dropping #2 is about the 3rd-4th most interesting thing in that picture.

This isn't a knock, just a general statement...I'd imagine if most girls knew they were going to be on national TV, they would try to dress it up a little, but that girl looks like me bumming around the house every day. Just one of the many interesting observations from this pic.
