That is why I really wanted Oregon to face off vs Alabama...alot of experts were saying it was one of Alabama's best all around teams, and Oregon's best around team, would of been a great game, and it can still happen......

I will probably jinx Oregon and they will lose now and we will get a ND vs K state game haha.

This team is not one of alabamas best all around teams. Even if bama would have won the national title, I still would say that.

yup, true. Clemson and Florida State are about equal to USC and Stanford... the rest is a wash.

Prior to the season and during the first few games there was a lot of talk about this being their best team ever. Not by you, but by a lot of analysts, commentators, etc.

All the talk I heard was about Bamas oline being the best ever. Not the team. 9 seniors all bama has. Had to replace 8 defensive starters. Just too many what ifs to even say that.

xLiQx, wouldn't your hatred of the SEC make you just as biased when discussing all of this? I'm sure you have absolutely no blinders on.

As for our lack of strong or BCS worthy OOC schedules, how about Arkansas State, Fresno State, and Tennessee Tech? Of course, this will be where you now come out and say your a fan of some other team I guess.

Tennessee Tech was a last minute fill in as K state backed out this summer..i m ausre you knew that....

And Ark State is 7-3...and beat the Rajun Cajuns by 30.

Oregon still has a couple of tough games left. Stanford with Gameday here in Eugene could be a tougher game if we don't get our starting d-line back. We only had one starting d-linemen last night and it showed. Cal was able to exploit us with the inside run until we finally brought down the safety and forced the backup qb to beat us with his arm.

The injury to Patterson might hurt the most though with Boyette already down since the beginning of the season. We are not deep when it comes to safeties.

Plus the civil war is always a battle and this year it is in Corvallis so as Chip would say One game at a time.

It has been an exciting ride, just hope we can finish strong and get into the pac-12 championship game.

Quack 8-)

Tougher OOC game than Alabama played...and probably LSU (they might beat Washington)

And with that K State game, that was a pretty tough OOC schedule....being as tehy are the #1 team in the land right now per BCS...just sayin.

Wanna retract the statement about playing a tougher OOC than bama or do I make you look like a jackass with facts?

So you think a win over 7-3 Arkansas State is better than beating 7-3 Michigan?

Also, Washington is middle of the pack in the pac 12.if Arkansas State is better, then your entire argument is nullified.

Bama played western Kentucky as well. Who did WKU beat by 2 scores this season? Ark state.

Yes.....You play more OOC games than any pac 12 team...so take Michigan away, as tey are like playing a crappy conference game....

so you would play

Western Kentucky 6-4
Florida Atlantic 3-7....horrrrrible
W Carolina 1-9 and could be one of the worst OOC games for any of the top 5 teams for either conference

Oregon

Arkansas State 7-3 leads it's conference right now
Fresno State 8-3 and a respectable opponent to play for a Mid Major
Tennesee Tech 3-7 (which should of been K State, but they pussed out for whatever reason, and I am sure we can draw conclusions).

So that OCC is clearly better than Alabama's....even with the T Tech team which could and should of been someone else. That is why I said the statements I did, so please tell me some other "FACTS"....

I was taking a shot at Washington, out of any Pac 12 team, I probably dislike them the most, I never cheer for them...EVER. SO I took a free jab at them haha.

So you are taking out a team Alabama actually played? And you are counting a team Oregon did not play. Seriously?
